Contact form and e-mail

When you use the contact form or send us an e-mail, we receive your name, e-mail address and message. We use these details only to answer your message. The contact form is delivered to us by e-mail via the form service Web3Forms, which processes the data on our behalf. We keep your message for as long as needed to handle your question and delete it after that, at the latest after two years.

Cookies and statistics

This website does not use cookies, does not collect visitor statistics and does not use tracking or advertising. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Videos

Videos from YouTube and Vimeo are only loaded after you click on them. Only then do these services receive data from your browser (such as your IP address) and may they place cookies, under their own privacy policies.

Hosting

Our hosting provider processes technical data (such as IP address and time of your visit) in server logs, to deliver the website and keep it secure.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by e-mailing info@wellsun.nl. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
